Right, so my internet modem’s acting up and to fix it, I’ve gotta enter this weird Virgin Media link on a Windows browser to get my connection back. But when I called, the person couldn’t even verify my account details, the plan I’m on, or which Virgin region I belong to. I went along with it to see where it went, but the moment I mentioned I’m using a Linux laptop only, they just cut me off. Definitely looks like a dodgy scam to me.
