I got a call from someone with an Indian accent, but honestly, I couldn't make out what they were saying at all. They just talked so quickly on purpose. When I asked who they were, they just ignored the question. In the end, I hung up and blocked their number. Fingers crossed they won't bother me again.

This number is a total scam, just hang up straight away. A woman called saying her name was Anita and she claimed to be from BT tech support. She said the technicians noticed my broadband was being used a lot more than usual and suggested a neighbour or someone else might be leeching off my connection. I didn’t wait around and ended the call. Then I rang BT myself and they told me they don’t do any monitoring like that. Pretty obvious they’re after your bank info, especially now with so many of us doing online banking.
