I got another call from someone saying they were from BT, but it was a different number from before. They said there was a problem with my broadband causing slow speeds. After having a quick chat, it was clear they were trying to scam me by asking to access my PC remotely. I checked my broadband speed afterwards and it's exactly as it should be!
