Shortly after, a woman with what sounded like a Pakistani or Indian accent introduced herself as representing Apple Mac. To be brutally honest, I find that hard to believe. She proceeded to ask me to verify one of two addresses listed in their records, piquing my suspicion as I've just relocated. It's quite fishy, as they clearly already had my details-all she wanted was my confirmation.
