I had an alarming phone call earlier today where some bloke was screaming at my mother, blaming her for supposedly interfering with his internet connection. It's absolutely ludicrous, considering my poor mother is visually impaired and resides a good 70 miles away. It was terribly distressing for her, and his hostile and aggressive tone left her quite shaken.
