This was the first time I got a call from this spoofed number, but they hung up after just about 7 seconds of no sound. Definitely a scam.

Saw a missed call from this number and decided to ring back. An operator picked up and said, "Welcome to Service Shield, how can I assist you today?" I might've actually called them a couple more times just for a bit of a laugh and to mess about with their time :)
