Got a call saying I’d been in a car accident but when I asked for the date, the guy got all defensive and said it wasn’t important and that I definitely had a crash and we needed to discuss it. Thing is, I haven’t had any accident at all! When I played along a bit, he started getting really annoyed. Honestly, sounds fishy even if you have been in a crash, this doesn’t seem legit at all. Feels like a dodgy company. I’ve also reported it to phonecode.org.uk. Just be careful with numbers like this.

Got a call from Direct Legal saying I’d been involved in some accident and gave me some details. When I asked where they got my info, they said from a 3rd party. They brought up something about a personal injury claim and mentioned there’s about £2,500 waiting. I said I was interested and asked what happens next, then they told me they’d send it back to them. As soon as I asked if they actually do that, they just hung up on me!
