When I inquired about the specific property they were referring to, they launched into their spiel once more, reiterating their identity. I pressed them further, asking whose details they were attempting to reach, and they mentioned they'd have a look at their records. Then, while the system was supposedly loading, they asked me if I had any problems with damp, mould, or other forms of damage in my council property.
