I got a call from someone with a strong Asian accent, claiming there was an issue with my Microsoft PC. It’s so silly, but these types of scams are really harmful because they're just outright fraud. Their main aim seems to be getting you to follow some steps which lets them get into your computer, then it all ends in your system crashing. After that, they probably grab all your stored passwords and personal info. This kind of thing is criminal and honestly, the cyber police should step in and put a stop to it.

Just got a call from someone claiming to be Microsoft, saying there was a problem with my PC that could do some serious damage to the system. I told them straight up I don’t own a computer and then they quickly hung up. It’s all a trick to convince you to pay for fake software that won’t fix anything. Total scam.
