I recently received a call from this number. I answered with a simple "hello," and the woman on the other end quickly apologised, claiming she had the wrong number before abruptly ending the call! It’s quite baffling how they seemed to know we were unfamiliar with them just from that initial greeting. In the background, I could definitely make out sounds from what sounded like a call centre, with someone mentioning something about “if you've had an accident in the last six weeks.” Quite the odd experience!
