I was informed that these individuals are affiliated with some sort of customer support service based in Liverpool. Apparently, they’re a company that provides complimentary guidance on reclaiming credit insurance from the past six years, provided you’ve taken out any credit during that period. To be honest, I didn’t quite grasp her full meaning, but it all felt a bit dodgy, so I decided to hang up. Now she’s trying to recall whether we've had any credit arranged over the last six years or not. Quite shady, if you ask me. She definitely had a local accent!

Had a right funny conversation with a chancer trying to suss out if we were involved in some accident we could claim for! We told them we weren’t interested, and she had the cheek to say, “You must be the luckiest person on the planet!” Well, that’s a bit rich, innit? Anyway, just hung up in the end. What a palaver!

I received a call from a chap named Andrew at the customer advice centre. He provided us with some excellent guidance on how to reclaim the PPI insurance that we were wrongly sold by our bank. Currently, I’m in anticipation of a cheque! Such a helpful experience!
