I've had the misfortune of dealing with Hackle and Reid, and I must say, they're utterly insufferable. There's an air of arrogance about them that's hard to miss. They never bother to address you personally, yet they seem eager to know your name and address to bombard you with so-called 'free debt advice'. The moment you try to inquire about a manager, they simply cut the line or the manager hangs up without a second thought. Completely unacceptable behaviour, if you ask me!
