Caution is advised regarding "Street Watch" and Advanced Publications. Their portrayal is rather misleading, and they are in no way affiliated with the police force, despite the official-sounding name. We did a bit of digging and can confirm that the company does exist, which led us to initially trust them; however, it turns out they have absolutely no ties to the local law enforcement. Additionally, there was a lack of adverts in their publications, if they even circulate at all. It's really nothing short of a scam, to put it bluntly.

We also received a call from this company. I've flagged it to both Hertfordshire and Merseyside Police. Just the other day, a debt collector gave me a bell. I made it clear that we won't be coughing up any cash since that magazine was nothing but a scam, and advised them to speak to the local authorities, who are currently on the case! For goodness' sake, steer clear of handing over any funds to Streetwatch or Advanced Publications based in Liverpool!

Follow the same approach we took earlier: give your local constabulary a bell and make sure to inform them that you've already had a chat with the authorities. Trust me, those callers will hastily end the conversation.

We had a call from them, and honestly, it was just as others have mentioned - don’t be taken in by this scam. "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is." We should have kept in mind that you should never part with your money before seeing the product in hand. Be wary of numbers such as 08704460472, 0151 227 3998, and 07954 625 722.

A bunch of complete charlatans, no doubt. They’ve got the audacity to pretend they’re linked to the police, all while swindling your card details and making off with your hard-earned cash! Steer clear of these crooks at all costs!

Received a genuine call from this particular number just now.

In response to the recent statement from Advanced Publications, it has come to our attention-just a mere quarter of an hour ago-that you claim to distribute your materials to upwards of 40,000 homes in our vicinity. However, having resided in this area for more than two decades, we must confess we have yet to encounter a single copy of your magazine. This leads us to suspect your actual distribution numbers might be grossly inflated. We shall patiently await the arrival of whatever correspondence you may send our way.

I must caution everyone about ADVANCED PUBLICATIONS and STREETWATCH MAGAZINE; they are nothing but charlatans! They purport to have connections with law enforcement, but it's all a ruse. They’re adept at obtaining your card details and siphoning your funds. Best to steer clear of these fraudsters! They're nothing but a bunch of imposters out to empty your pockets. Absolute con artists, if you ask me!

On the inaugural day of our new venture, we were featured in the Birmingham Night Letter, and wouldn't you know it, the very first call we received was from Streetwatch. It seems they may be a bunch of con artists! What a letdown this has turned out to be!

I received a call from someone named Tom Lloyd, but after doing a bit of digging, it became apparent that it might be a major scam. It's best to steer clear and not share any personal information with these individuals!

Who keeps giving us a bell?

According to STREETWATCH MAGAZINE, ADVANCED PUBLICATIONS is nothing short of a bunch of crooks. They deceitfully portray themselves as affiliated with the police, but in reality, they’re just after your card details to siphon your hard-earned cash! Steer clear of these fraudsters! It’s all an elaborate ruse. This so-called company preys on new businesses. Do yourself a favour and stay well away; they’ve swindled me, and I wouldn’t want that to happen to anyone else.

I recently started my own venture and received a call from someone claiming to represent Streetwise Magazine, offering advertising opportunities. It seemed rather promising, so I went along with it and even set up a password for our account. Just moments later, I got another call from a different chap who accurately repeated our password back to us. He then revealed all sorts of details and before I knew it, we had handed over £137. That was the last we ever heard from them.

Just received a call claiming to be from Streetwatch. We made it clear that we wanted them to send us some information through the post, yet they tried to push us for card details and even pressured us into signing a contract, which we categorically did not agree to. As soon as we ended the call, we jumped online to do a bit of digging. It turns out, all we found was that these folks seem to be nothing but scammers. Now I’m a bit at a loss regarding what steps to take next, ha!
