I got a call from someone claiming to be from HMRC, but it was clearly a scam. The person kept threatening me with jail time and loads of legal trouble if I didn’t pay up. It was pretty stressful, but honestly, you can spot these scammers quite easily if you pay attention. Don’t fall for it!

Got a call from someone claiming to be the tax office about some unpaid dues. They told me to press 1 or else I'd be facing arrest! Obviously, I just ended the call straight away.
