I've received a call from someone claiming to be from Diamond Legal and General Insurance in Liverpool, saying we had put in a claim. The thing is, we’ve never dealt with them before, and when I checked with various insurance providers, they hadn't a clue who they were either. Seems like a right dodgy operation to me!
