Got hassled over a £36 gas bill that was just two days late while I was away on holiday. At first, I thought it was some kind of scam. Only started to believe them when they grudgingly gave me the account number for payment. The phone line was awful and the person on the other end seemed to think I was ignoring him on purpose. Definitely switching gas companies now.
