Someone called, posing as Sky regarding my internet connection. They were incredibly convincing. Next thing I knew, they insisted I had to share my screen. Foolishly, I went along with it. Thankfully, I didn’t log into my banking system for the alleged refund they spoke of. This infuriated them, and they turned quite nasty, ultimately erasing all my files from the computer.
