6 yearsComplete con trick! Someone rang claiming to be from HMRC, telling me there was some tax dodging issue and I’d be busted unless I hit 1. Curiosity got the better of me, so I pressed it just to see what’d happen. Turns out, the person, an Indian woman, didn’t realise I was on the call at first and was chatting away in her own language with a mate! Once she clocked I was listening, she switched to English and started pretending to be HMRC. I wasn’t impressed and said something I won’t repeat here before hanging up straight away.HMRCSubmit Your Own Report (0151 162 1039)
