I got a call from a firm saying I'd been in an accident. When I tried to get more info, they passed me on to a bloke with an Indian accent. He kept insisting about the accident but when I pressed for specifics, the line just went dead. Pretty obvious it was some sort of scam. Guess they weren't ready for someone who catches on quick, ha! If this number pops up, just ignore it and block straight away.

Had one of those dodgy accident scam calls the other day! I answered and said 'yes' to the automated voice, then a man came on. He kept saying he was only checking some details, but when I asked where he was calling from and mentioned a few places in India, he got a bit funny. I couldn’t help but grin when he said he was actually from Pakistan! Pretty obvious line, honestly.
