I didn’t bother hearing the whole recorded message, but just from the start it seemed like some kind of scam, maybe even one related to bank fraud.

Got a call this morning from what sounded like a bogus automated bank scam. It asked me to press 1 if I’d approved big payments to Amazon, or 2 to talk to someone. Best thing to do? Just end the call straight away.
