I got a call from 01509732313, some guy claiming to be from #x# internet provider. His accent was foreign and something felt off, so I hung up straight away. Pretty sure it was a scam.

i got a call from some bloke with an accent, saying he worked for sky or something and my router was showing an error code, which meant it was gonna start lagging soon. he then asked me to grab my phone and run some checks on the router. as soon as he said that, i knew it was dodgy and quickly hung up without a second thought.

Got a call this morning from this number saying they were from Sky, telling me my internet was running slow. There was loads of noise in the background, which made me really doubt it. When I told them Sky isn’t the company that does my internet, they just ended the call straight away. I’ve reported it to Action Fraud, the official site for scams and police reports. Proper dodgy trick that, total scammer rubbish.

The number was unfamiliar, so I just let it ring out. Since they didn't bother leaving a voicemail, I figured it was probably some kind of scam. I don't bother blocking these calls either, cause scammers usually just switch to new numbers anyway.

some bloke with a funny accent called me up sayin my router had sent sky a warning or something about it slowing down. he then wanted me to grab my mobile and do a bunch of tests on the router. thats when i twigged it was a scam and quickly switched the thing off.

Upon informing her that Sky isn't my provider, she abruptly terminated the call. It’s clearly a scam, isn't it?

so many strange numbers calling me lately and when i don’t pick up, no one leaves a message. honestly, it’s getting really annoying. over the past few weeks, ive had to block loads of these unknown calls. my phone’s storage for blocked contacts is almost full now. i wonder if ofcom can step in to help with all these silent calls i keep getting, even though i keep blocking them as soon as they ring. it’s driving me mad!

I tend to ignore calls from numbers I don’t recognise, so I didn’t answer this one either. There wasn’t any voicemail either, so I’m guessing it was probably some sort of spam or a sales call.

Got a call from someone pretending to be Sky. When I asked them where their office was, they quickly gave me some address in London. But when I mentioned that the number wasn’t a London one, the person just ended the call. Felt very dodgy, especially since they didn’t even ask for my name. Definitely looks like a scam to me.
