Why do firms keep pestering like this? From what I’ve read in the other posts it looks like Currys, trying to push insurance or some kind of breakdown cover. Even if the number looks like it belongs to Currys Customer Care, scammers these days are really sharp at faking real business numbers to trick people. If you get a call, pay close attention to what’s being said and then ring Currys yourself using the number on your paperwork. Make sure your line’s clear before calling back. Unfortunately, with everything going digital, you can’t really trust any unexpected caller, even if the number seems legit.Currys7 yearsWhen I picked up, there was just a dial tone with no-one there, and when I tried calling back, it said the number doesn’t exist.7 yearsI've been receiving a barrage of calls from 01509 437111 lately.
