BEWARE OF SCAMS! Whenever you get a suspicious call or message, make sure you report it straight to the police fraud website. Just search for ‘action fraud’ and head over to the official ‘police.uk’ portal. There’s a section called ‘report a phishing attempt’ - read all the info there carefully before submitting the details of the scam, including any web links or addresses involved. You don’t need to sign up or give personal info unless you’ve actually lost money. The only way the police can track these fraud attempts is if we all report them, so don’t ignore it!

They seem like a genuine firm as they’re a proper insurance broker you can track down. But after a quick chat over the phone, I found out that common medical issues aren’t always covered straight away and they have to verify with a doctor, which made me a bit wary. I mean, how can something like brittle asthma not be recorded on a health or life insurer’s records? Seems like a basic thing to me.
