Regrettably, it seems I've fallen prey to the same tricks as many others with Phonespot. The whole experience has unfolded in a disturbingly similar fashion, and here I am left without a phone, no way to reach anyone, and an agonising 50-minute wait to even get through to the customer service team. It’s all quite suspect. I've reached out to O2, and hopefully, they'll be able to assist in sorting this mess out.
