A woman with an Indian accent called about some car crash. I told her straight up that I’d blocked my number and set it to private. I made it clear that these calls were just harassment now, and if they kept it up, I’d take legal action against her and whoever she was working for!

First, I got a ring from a number based in Manchester, but then the call got transferred and I ended up talking to a woman who sounded like she was in India. I wasn’t in the mood to go along with whatever they were trying, so I switched to speaking in a different language that I know well. She kept asking her questions for a bit, but soon worked out it was a waste of time and just ended the call.
