This caller was terribly impolite and incessant. Despite my insistence that I wasn't keen on a conversation, they continued to ring back, making some rather offensive remarks. When I requested to be put through to a manager, they outright refused, saying they wouldn’t want to talk to “someone like me”. This really unnerved me, leading me to hang up the phone once more. The call took place on 12th September 2019 at about 17:20. - Caller: Mike
