I got a call where a robotic, tinny voice said there was suspicious activity on my bank account and told me to press some buttons for assistance. I pressed 2 hoping to chat with a real person. Soon enough, a man with a strong Indian accent came on the line. I straight up asked, "Is this some kind of scam?" He snapped at me not to waste his time and then cut me off. Honestly, there's no point talking to these folks. If you get one of these calls, just hang up straight away. These are proper scammers.
