I got a call from a guy saying he was Michael, first he claimed to be with South Holland District Council but then switched to saying East Lincolnshire District Council. He wouldn’t talk to me once I said I wasn’t on the account, so I’m not sure if he was legit or not. It really felt a bit off to me.
