Got a call from someone saying they were with BT about my internet speed. They spoke really unclearly and when I started asking questions, the person just cut off. Not long after, the phone rang again and a bloke claimed he was from BT too, said sorry for the rude hang-up and asked me to log onto my PC so he could sort out my connection speed. I told him to prove he was from BT by confirming my info, he said he had everything right there, but when I asked for my actual BT account number, he ended the call straight away.
