Got a call from an automated woman’s voice saying she was from my bank’s fraud team, but she never said which bank exactly. She said there was some dodgy activity on my account, like £300 to Amazon and £1,100 sent overseas through some unnamed transfer service. Pretty sure it was a scam though, cos a couple of days ago I got a call with almost the exact same story and amounts, but from a different number ending in 87593324. Both calls rang me around 1.15 to 1.30 in the afternoon.
