Is that code from Bathgate in Scotland? I always let my answering machine pick up first to check who's calling, but these lot didn’t bother leaving a voicemail and just ended the call. Then, not long after, I got another ring from 02088697854. Could be connected, right? Maybe they’re dialing from a few different area codes to confuse folks. Seems like a trick to put people off their guard.

Got two dodgy calls today, and one was defo some kinda scam! This pre-recorded voice with an Indian accent kept banging on about a £600 bank transfer. I just wish I had that kinda money! I hung up real quick before they made me hit button 1 or something. Guess these scammers are running low on cash now summer's almost here!

I got a call from this number and it turned out to be some kind of scammer trying to get my Visa card info. Stay clear of them!
