01506 844243 called me with a recorded message from a woman saying she was from my bank - though she never mentioned which one. She warned me about two big payments that supposedly looked suspicious and told me to press “1” to approve them. Since 01506 is my local area code, I reckon the number was faked to make it seem legit. Didn’t risk it, just ended the call straight away.
