2 yearsGot a call from someone claiming to be with BT, saying my broadband was being used by someone else. They even sent me an email, supposedly from BT, with a PIN number included. The lady said if I didn't log in and fix the issue, my broadband would get disconnected. I told her I'd just ring BT directly. She then said I’d get an email confirming the broadband had been cut off, but I never got any email at all!BT7 yearsSome lady rang up saying my BT broadband would be switched off overnight for an upgrade, but it all sounded like a recorded message and her English was a bit off. Since I actually get my internet and TV through Sky, I just ended the call when she started probing for info. Felt like a phishing scam to me.
