This morning I got a call where the person on the other end was shouting horrible insults at my mum and dad. Thing is, my mum has passed away. I tried calling back, and they said they were from some debt management company. Absolute scam, no doubt about it. Then, after I told them about my mum being dead and that their language was disgusting, they had the nerve to say “have a good day”. Unbelievable.

I noticed the area code since I've got relatives around that part. They told me they were calling from London, but the code actually points to West Lothian up in Scotland. When I confronted them about it, they just ended the call. It wasn’t the first time either - they've called me a few times, but the last few digits always change. They were saying they were from some kind of ‘agency’.
