The caller didn't want to reveal their identity, had a noticeable Northern English accent, and was insistent on speaking directly to the 'owner of the property'-I decided to hang up the phone.

this number rang me earlier today, said it was some kind of survey about energy and windows. then they phoned again and started chatting about a "recycling plan." i asked if it was a sales pitch for windows but she said no, nothing like that.
