Got a call from someone claiming to be local energy advisors, but they came off really pushy and quite rude. Didn’t want to deal with it so I ended the call, blocked the number and reported it through the TPS website.

I missed a call while I was out and after checking the comments, it sounds like it was the same caller I got a couple days ago, just ringing from another number. The bloke claimed he was Gordon, my local energy advisor or something. Since the call apparently came from Scotland and I’m in Norfolk, I reckon it’s got to be a scam.

Honestly, the simplest tip I can give for saving energy is just to "switch it off"! You’ll cut down on your bills and it’s better for your wellbeing too. Seems like lots of folks these days don’t bother using their own brains much, they’re just stuck in a rut!

Had a rather cheerful chap named Gordon ring me up, rather amusing really, as his voice was strikingly similar to that of another call I received just a few days prior, which I swiftly decided to block. I didn’t give him a moment longer to chat-just said “not you again” and promptly hung up before adding him to my blocked list. Who knows, he might pop up again in a few days with a different number but the same area code... how delightful! 😒
