They’ve contacted me three times now!

This caller claimed to be from the Citizens Advice Bureau and insisted they had information regarding an accident I supposedly had in the past couple of years. As soon as I expressed my doubts about this so-called information, they abruptly ended the call. No doubt about it, this is a scam!
