I manage to deal with that nuisance by using this energy solutions number. I zapped him right out of the picture with my call blocker! I've missed his previous attempts to reach me, but today I finally caught him.

Received two phone calls today, spaced just a couple of hours apart. The caller didn’t bother with BT Guardian. Might this be a case of PPI or something similar? Just seems rather suspicious, doesn’t it?
