They kept ringing me but would cut off as soon as I answered.

This bloke keeps ringing me all day long, like every minute, even after I blocked his number. I picked up twice, and it was this Scottish guy mumbling something like “what are you?”. It really freaked me out and made me well up. He just won’t quit calling.
