Just got a call from BT saying there was some trouble with my internet and if I press 1 they'd sort it out. I didn't press anything, no chance - how can I have internet problems if I’ve got no internet anyway? Feels dodgy, like a scam to me!

Got a call from a guy with an Asian accent saying my internet downloads were slow. He wanted me to log in so he could take a look but I said it wasn’t a good time. Then he just ended the call.
