This number rang me yesterday, and since it looked local, I picked up thinking it might be someone nearby. But it was just a recorded message claiming to be from the fraud team, saying £300 was taken from my Visa and £11,000 from my Western Union. The problem is, I don’t even have a Western Union account (and nowhere near that kind of money to begin with!). I hung up straight away. Later, I tried calling the number back but it was disconnected. Today they rang again, this time from a mobile, with the exact same dodgy message. Watch out - it’s definitely a scam!
