got a call out of the blue again! such a pain!

Got a call from a bloke saying he was with BT Openreach. He told me my computer was apparently sending loads of error messages and that they needed to get into it. He sounded like a polite guy, spoke with an Asian accent at first, but got really annoyed and shouted a bit when I acted like I didn’t understand what he was asking me to do on my PC. Eventually, he said I’d wasted his time and then just hung up on me.
