He mentioned some issue with my internet that I supposedly wouldn’t know about and that they needed to sort it out. He said he’d sent a report to my mobile, but I’m pretty certain BT wouldn’t have my number since they’re not my internet provider and I’ve never shared my details with Open Reach. It all seemed a bit dodgy to me, so I told him I’d take a look at the report and ended the call.
