Some bloke claiming to be from O2 rang me, saying they could give me a better deal than what I currently have. He said he needed me to fill out a form to get the discount and began asking for details. I told him if he was really from O2, he should already know all my info. He replied, “We still need to complete the form,” so I asked him to tell me my name. After that, he just hung up on me! Pretty sure it was a scam.

Got a call from someone with an Asian accent who said his name was John and he was from BT’s Technical Department. I just ended the call because this number has rang me a few times before. Seeing loads of other people saying it’s a scam, I really don’t get why BT hasn’t sorted this out yet?
