I answered the phone and there was a really long silence, then it suddenly clicked and crackled. I said, "Why did you take ages to pick up?" The guy replied, "This is the telecom refund department." I asked, "Which telecom company are you with?" He repeated, "This is your telecom refund department." I then told him, "You don’t even know, you’re just talking rubbish." Pretty clear scam call.
