At around 3.30pm, I got a call from a lady with an Indian accent claiming to be from BT. She said she needed to disconnect our internet. We don’t even have BT, so I told her that, but she got quite pushy and then started saying she knew our address and name - which she actually nailed. It was pretty unsettling!

Got a call from 01502, which is around Lowestoft, but it was completely silent and then the line just cut out. No one said a word the whole time.

Some bloke called claiming to be from BT security, but I told him I wasn’t buying it and didn’t want to waste time. He then started swearing and just ended the call abruptly.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with BT. They said they had to switch my internet off for a couple of days because there were issues with my IP address. Bit weird if you ask me.
