Cottages[###]. Totally legit call. Bit annoying tho cos my voicemail clearly states ‘I dont pick up any numbers I dont know or that aren’t saved, so please leave a message if it’s important’. They just didnt bother leaving one.

It’s cottages[###], I’m sure of it cause I emailed them about getting my money back just yesterday and they even left a voicemail saying it’ll take 5-10 days to refund so defo not a scam.

They said they were from Cottages.com, the same place we complained about back in July about rubbish service at a holiday flat in Whitby. They never answered any of our emails or calls. Left a voicemail saying they’d ring back, but no luck yet.
