12 years01502378026 keeps phoning me about an accident I apparently had a few years back. They always start by asking if I had a car crash in the last couple of years. Today, they asked if I was satisfied with the repairs and the courtesy car. I told them I couldn’t really remember, it was such a long time ago. Then they said they were trying to close the case and needed to know if I was happy with how my claim was handled. The caller knew my name and even my address. I told them it was fine but to please stop calling. The call ended. But not long after, my phone rang again from a Private Number. It was the same person asking if my accident happened on a specific date seven years ago, which was correct. They said they'd email the insurance company to say I was very pleased, so I shouldn't get any more calls. I didn’t share any personal info since they already had it all and even quoted it back to me. What's going on here?
