Got a call today from a bloke called ‘Ravi’ claiming to be from TalkTalk about some blinking lights on my modem. I asked him to prove he was really from TalkTalk and I reckon he guessed I wasn’t buying it because the call suddenly dropped. Even though I’ve got a call blocker set up, I get a bit twitchy if I go a few days without a dodgy call - then I can’t help having a bit of fun winding them up, throwing in some colourful language and a cheeky insult about their mum, which usually leaves them stumped. Proper laugh every time.

I had no clue who called, just silence on the other end and then some sort of automated goodbye message.
