Got a call from a woman claiming there had been an accident with our car. She seemed to think it’d just happened, but it was actually four years ago. I informed her this was an unsolicited call and against the rules, telling her to remove me from their contact list. She promised to do so, but I’m a bit sceptical. She said she was with some company called ‘Holsome Advisers’ or something like that - not totally sure on the spelling.

A woman rang me up regarding a car accident, believing it was something that had happened recently. In reality, it occurred four years ago! I informed her that this was a ‘cold call’, which is against the law, and requested she remove my number from their list. She assured me she would, but I'll be curious to see if that actually happens...
